Issues

Economy

As an over two-decade Michigan small businessowner, I am committed to reaching across the aisle to enact pragmatic, pro-growth economic policy to reduce burdensome costs for working families while energizing the competitiveness of Michigan's economy.

Education

Our children and our teachers are under assault by political extremists through book bans and efforts to defund our schools. In Lansing, I will fight for our children's right to learn without government interference, mental healthcare in schools, and better access to childcare for working parents.

Reproductive Rights

The right to choose is a human right. In Lansing, I'll ensure that access to reproductive care continues to be protected, including by protecting the usage of vital abortion medications like Mifepristone.

Gun Violence Prevention

Our children and our teachers should not feel at risk in the classroom. I will support continued efforts to implement common-sense gun legislation in Lansing to prevent tragedies like the shooting at Oxford High School from happening in our state ever again.

Climate

Our health and our economy rely on our transition to clean energy. As a builder with extensive experience in renewable energy, I'll fight for cleaner air and water for Michigan's families.

Infrastructure

It's no secret to Michiganders that our state's infrastructure ranks among the lowest in the nation. I'm committed to ensuring our roads and bridges are safe for Michiganders commuting to and from school and work.

Healthcare

In this time of extended health uncertainty, it's more important than ever that Michiganders have affordable access to care providers and prescription medication. In Lansing, I'll fight for lower prescription drug costs.

Voting Rights

Michiganders overwhelmingly voted in favor of making voting more accessible, including straight-ticket voting, automatic voter registration, same-day voter registration, and no-excuse absentee voting. Now, legislators are trying to act against the will of Michigan voters. In Lansing, I'll fight for our right to vote.
